Summary
The Store Director leads the store to achieve sales and KPI objectives while sustaining the brand image and ensuring compliance with headquarters standards. This role manages recruiting, developing and retaining store talent, oversees daily operations and drives client engagement with a focus on VICs and VIPs. The director is accountable for store performance, visual merchandising standards and acting as a brand ambassador in the region.
Responsibilities
- Define execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze results daily weekly and monthly and implement follow up actions
- Recruit develop coach and retain store management and store teams
- Ensure Balenciaga signature client experience and visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Oversee day to day store operations including opening and closing and payroll processing
- Manage inventory warehouse stock and report discrepancies to merchandising
- Ensure compliance with legal safety security HR and internal process guidelines
- Create development plans and conduct regular appraisals and feedback for direct reports
- Maintain cost conscious approach protecting the companys bottom line
Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful managerial experience in luxury retail overseeing a team of approximately 20 people
- Inclusive leadership strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- High sensitivity to client experience clienteling and VIP engagement
- Excellent organizational precision adaptability and problem solving
- Mastering digital skills and ability to analyze business metrics
- Ability to recruit attract and develop top talent
