Summary
The Store Director leads and develops the sales and operations of the store to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences and embodying company cultural values. This role partners with the Market Vice President, provides decisive leadership, and drives service excellence and talent development across the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop store sales and operations to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales plans.
- Drive client development activity and manage key client relationships personally and through managers.
- Coach and model exceptional in store service and the branded selling ceremony to elevate guest experience.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Create and execute a Talent Action Plan to hire develop and retain high performing staff.
- Assess team capabilities and build development plans to grow talent at all levels.
- Recruit and network to build a diverse pipeline of multi lingual skilled talent.
- Use performance management reward and recognition to improve engagement and results.
- Support operational flexibility by working in various roles based on business needs including sales floor and operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non traditional hours including days nights weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office client tracking systems and point of sale systems.
- Proven ability to develop opportunities maintain client relationships and drive brand penetration in market.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform various store roles based on business needs.
