Job Description

Summary

As a Store Director at Fendi Miami District Design, you will be the owner of the business, acting as a Fendi Brand Ambassador and business leader. You will be accountable for overall store performance, managing the store, employees, merchandise, and supporting activities to achieve store targets and create positive experiences for both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and improve sales performance for the overall business.
  • Analyze the business and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Develop a sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners.
  • Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients.
  • Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
  • Ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels with the merchandising team.
  • Make recommendations for store renovations and expansions.
  • Empower sales staff to meet sales goals through authentic client experiences.
  • Partner with the Retail Events Office for local event organization.
  • Lead customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop dedicated Fendi customers and maintain a customer database.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
  • Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
  • Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Control daily invoices and petty cash to efficiently control costs.
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
  • Ensure maintenance of cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
  • Optimize visual merchandising and display best sellers.
  • Work with freelancers for impactful window installations and displays.
  • Build a positive team dynamic and empower staff through goal setting.
  • Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
  • Assess performance and growth potential of staff members.
  • Identify individual and team training needs.
Requirements
  • 10 years of proven experience, luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
  • RTW experience preferred.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and digital literacy required.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
