- Travel for business as required.
Requirements- Considerable retail management experience, ideally in a luxury environment.
- Proven sales achievements and jewelry product knowledge.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and manage budgets.
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to analyze sales performance.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching a high-performing team.
- IT literacy and evidence of CRM and networking skills.
- Physical ability to work long hours, lift packages, and stand for extended periods.
