Store Director

Summary

Lead the Boston store to achieve business objectives through strong team leadership, brand engagement, and exceptional customer experience. Oversee sales performance, staff development, inventory management, and compliance with headquarters procedures. Foster a high-quality store environment that maintains the brand's standards and drives customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and promote professional growth for store staff
• Set and drive quantitative and qualitative sales goals and KPIs
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly results and implement action plans
• Provide active sales leadership on the selling floor
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR and stock organization processes
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of successful managerial retail experience, preferably in luxury goods
• Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more people
• Strong coaching, communication and customer service skills; adaptable and dynamic
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is a plus
