Summary
The Store Director is responsible for driving sales and KPIs while sustaining the brand image and delivering exceptional client experience for VICs and VVICs. This role manages store operations, leads and develops the store team, recruits and retains talent, and ensures compliance with headquarters processes and guidelines to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze results daily weekly and monthly and implement follow up action plans
- Recruit develop retain and coach store management and store teams including performance appraisals
- Ensure consistent brand presentation store image visual merchandising and clienteling standards
- Oversee day to day store operations including opening and closing payroll scheduling and attendance
- Supervise inventory activities warehouse stock and report discrepancies to merchandising
- Manage administrative accounting petty cash and check reconciliation processes
- Maintain safety security and compliance with legal HR and internal requirements
- Drive client acquisition engagement and loyalty including VIP and celebrity relations
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position in luxury retail managing at least 20 people
- Inclusive leadership style with ability to recruit develop and retain talent
- Strong client focus with high sensitivity to client experience and loyalty
- Excellent interpersonal persuasion communication and coaching skills
- Organizational precision adaptability curiosity and high responsiveness
- Product and fashion sensitivity with strong digital skills
- Ability to analyze sales KPIs and translate into actionable store plans
- Availability for flexible scheduling and high presence in store
