- Provide guidance and feedback to associates through coaching conversations.
- Oversee performance processes and assist in establishing goals for associates.
- Build development plans for employees and create action plans.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Schedule effectively to drive sales and manage staff resources.
- Partner with Regional Manager and HR for employee relations issues.

- Manage day-to-day store operations to meet KPIs and profit expectations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Maintain store operating budget and aim to reduce costs.

- Develop accurate monthly schedules and submit payroll records.
- Uphold company and store standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements- 8+ years of retail experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years managing others in a customer service environment.
- Proven record of motivating and developing team members.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze retail KPIs and on-floor behaviors.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react to business needs.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
