Store Manager - Aspen

Summary

Lead and develop the Aspen store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business performance. Act as an ambassador of the brand by coaching, motivating, and mentoring staff while maintaining a hands-on presence on the sales floor. Be accountable for achieving sales targets, building client portfolios, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Drive client acquisition, portfolio growth, repurchase rates, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Act as a role model in selling with active floor management and client engagement.
