Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, identifying individual and team training needs.
• Build client relationships and drive client and business development.
• Manage selling and the sales floor to achieve business goals.
• Create action plans to improve business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team engagement.
