Summary
The Store Manager leads the boutique's commercial performance, client experience, and operational excellence. This role develops a high-performing team and represents the brand while partnering with regional and cross-functional leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead store sales, profitability, productivity, client development, and operational objectives.
- Analyze business performance and translate insights into effective store action plans.
- Champion personalized luxury client experiences, clienteling, CRM, and relationship development.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain talent while building a strong succession pipeline.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, compliance, and store presentation.
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams on merchandising, events, and business priorities.
Requirements
- At least five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience, including management of a high-volume store or comparable business.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience using KPIs, financial information, and client insights to drive results.
- Expertise in luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM, and team development.
- Sound operational judgment and proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
