Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at our Nashville Boutique, you will lead the store's business objectives and drive sales through strategic planning and execution. You will ensure exceptional service to clients and manage store operations efficiently, while representing the brand and promoting our values and vision in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales and service standards are consistently embodied by the leadership team and all store employees.
  • Drive store sales and productivity through proactive and strategic sales planning and key KPI management.
  • Conduct business analysis and develop action plans in collaboration with the Regional Director to grow business.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Lead the team to establish client relationships and propose local events and consignment through networking.
  • Coach and ensure all store staff comply with company initiatives and programs.
  • Manage employee performance to ensure individual growth and engagement.
  • Attract, recruit, and hire high-caliber talent and build a talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Partner with Regional Director and HR for employee relations issues.
  • Oversee daily operations and maintain operational excellence.
  • Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget.
  • Oversee in-store after-sales operations and consignment program.
  • Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyze reporting and support stock levels to maintain high sell-through.
  • Train and communicate current product knowledge to all associates.
  • Respond to the competitive environment and identify future opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, luxury experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation and employee development.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Impeccable communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and Inventory Management systems.
