- Coach and ensure all store staff comply with company initiatives and programs.
- Manage employee performance to ensure individual growth and engagement.
- Attract, recruit, and hire high-caliber talent, building a talent pipeline through networking.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Partner with Regional Director and HR for employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
- Oversee daily operations and maintain operational excellence, ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget while aiming to reduce costs.
- Oversee in-store after-sales operations ensuring efficiency and a positive client experience.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards and execute floor changeovers as necessary.
- Analyze reporting and support stock levels to maintain high sell-through and alignment with new product launches.
- Train and communicate current product knowledge to all associates.
- Respond proactively to the competitive environment and trends, identifying future opportunities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation and employee development.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Impeccable communication skills at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and Inventory Management systems.
