Store Manager - Houston Premium Outlets

Summary

The Store Manager leads the Houston Premium Outlets store team and oversees daily operations, merchandise, and sales results. This role drives commercial success through strong client experiences, team development, visual standards, and effective store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving sales targets and using KPIs and sales data to identify opportunities.
• Deliver excellent client experiences, build client relationships, and implement CRM initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and partner with the visual team on store presentation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates; manage performance, onboarding, employee relations, and scheduling.
• Oversee store operations, budgets, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, shipments, and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of retail experience, including at least 3 years managing others in a customer service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and retail KPIs and respond to business needs.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
