Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at King Of Prussia, you will be the owner of the business, acting as a brand ambassador and being accountable for the overall store performance. You will oversee and lead the management of the store, employees, and merchandise, achieving store targets while building a positive experience for both internal and external clients. You are responsible for leading and inspiring the team, building succession plans, and creating internal growth paths for all team members.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and increase sales performance for the overall business.
  • Analyze the business and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales.
  • Develop a sales strategy and work cross-functionally with corporate partners.
  • Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients.
  • Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
  • Ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels are met.
  • Empower sales staff to meet assigned sales through authentic client experiences.
  • Lead customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop dedicated customers and maintain a customer database.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
  • Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
  • Complete administrative paperwork and ensure appropriate store coverage.
  • Control costs and ensure efficient store operation.
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and shrink requirements are met.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and display bestsellers.
  • Build a positive environment to develop and empower staff.
  • Attract and recruit the best talent available in the market.
  • Implement company policies and adhere to procedures regarding disciplinary action.
  • Assess performance and growth potential of staff members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
  • RTW experience preferred.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
  • Organizational and strong digital literacy required.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
