Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at KREWE in Charlotte, you will lead a dynamic team in a high-fashion eyewear retail environment. You will drive sales, manage operations, and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store meets its goals and maintains its unique style.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the team to achieve sales and KPI results.
  • Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process.
  • Manage labor and scheduling according to business needs.
  • Ensure operational excellence and effective hiring and training of team members.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build an external pipeline of customers and candidates.
  • Strategize and execute events to promote the brand.
  • Inspire and manage a team of sales specialists.
  • Maintain visual brand standards at all times.
  • Act as a style advisor to every customer.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales and management.
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic.
  • Understanding of all aspects of store operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Proven history of exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for providing a unique customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Flexibility in a collaborative retail environment.
  • Self-motivated with an affinity for fashion and design.
