Store Manager

Summary

Manage daily store operations to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional luxury client experiences. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team while ensuring alignment with business objectives and visual standards. Oversee operational processes, inventory control, after-sales service, and store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to achieve quantitative targets and grow VIC/client opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador and ensure the highest level of luxury service throughout the sales process.
• Lead the store team with coaching, performance management, career development plans, and participation in recruiting.
• Manage inventory operations including cycle counts, stock consolidation, fiscal inventory, and stockroom alignment with sales potential.
• Oversee after-sales processes, store facilities reporting, expense management, and compliance with labor and safety regulations.
• Ensure visual merchandising and operational procedures follow corporate guidelines and mitigate business risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital retail tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with experience managing a high-volume store.
• Ability to travel, work weekends, and lift/move up to 40 pounds.
