Summary
Lead daily store operations and drive sales performance while delivering exceptional luxury client experiences. Provide leadership and coaching to the store team, manage operational processes, and ensure achievement of quantitative targets and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales performance by analyzing metrics and implementing action plans to meet targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador and lead VIC initiatives and client engagement.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to manage and develop the store team through coaching and performance management.
- Create career development plans and participate in recruiting and selection of new team members.
- Lead team meetings and maintain communication with retail leaders and cross functional partners.
- Manage operational procedures including inventory management, cycle counts, and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee after sales processes including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
- Manage store expenses and profit and loss items such as shipping and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing a high volume store with knowledge of sales and inventory processes.
- Ability to travel and work weekends.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to create development plans and coach team members.
