Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Recruit and open new customer loyalty accounts
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer ready
• Stay current with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
