The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for assigned luxury brands. This role blends sales and teaching responsibilities, managing counter operations, vendor relations, and customer engagement both in-store and digitally to meet performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Recruit and retain customers by opening rewards accounts and building loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
