Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and accountability for the store and each sales associate.
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement business strategies to meet targets.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives.
- Analyze sell-through and communicate product availability and market trends to division heads.
- Enforce security measures and ensure inventory accuracy to minimize shrinkage.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a dynamic, customer-focused team.
- Manage operational costs and budgetary expenses in a cost efficient manner.
- Create a professional, inviting selling environment with exceptional customer service standards.
- Build competency plans and development goals for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or Business preferred.
- Minimum of five years' experience in retail management, luxury experience preferred.
- Experience in specialty retail including business development visual merchandising and store operations.
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems and Microsoft Word and Excel and email.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Proven leadership ability to coach and develop a high performing team.
- Ability to enforce policies procedures and maintain operational compliance.
