Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Oliver Peoples in San Francisco, you will lead the store to success by developing a team that consistently delivers the Luxury Retail Signature Experience. You will focus on exceeding expectations in all areas of business operations, including financial results, customer and associate satisfaction, merchandise presentation, public relations, and asset protection.

• Ensure delivery of the Luxury Retail Signature Experience.
• Direct and monitor all sales and operational activities to meet income and sales objectives.
• Recruit and hire superior talent with experience in a luxury service environment.
• Create and maintain bench strength with a clearly defined succession plan.
• Develop associates by providing clear, motivating, and constructive performance feedback.
• Accurately staff the store to deliver gracious customer service and meet sales goals.
• Create an environment that encourages development of managers and associates.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and operations.
• Communicate product feedback and trends to the Brand Team.
• Drive business by analyzing financial data and identifying business trends.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Sales experience and strong financial acumen.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Polished appearance and public communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years management experience in the luxury service industry preferred.
