Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Oliver Peoples in Woodlands, TX, you will lead the store to success by developing a team that consistently delivers the Luxury Retail Signature Experience. You will be responsible for exceeding expectations in all areas of business operations, including financial results, customer and associate satisfaction, merchandise presentation, public relations, and asset protection.

• Ensure delivery of the Luxury Retail Signature Experience.
• Direct and monitor all sales and operational activities to meet personal and store sales objectives.
• Recruit and hire superior talent with experience in a luxury service environment.
• Create and maintain bench strength with a clearly defined succession plan.
• Coach associates by providing clear, motivating, and constructive performance feedback.
• Accurately staff the store to deliver gracious customer service and meet sales goals.
• Create an environment that encourages development of managers and associates.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and operations.
• Communicate product feedback and business trends to the Brand Team.
• Drive the business by analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years management experience in the luxury service industry.
