- Actively participate on social media to grow your personal brand and business.
- Lead a team of Beauty Advisors in targeted outreach efforts to achieve appointment goals for all events.
- Ensure brand-specific selling ceremonies and daily drivers are consistently offered to all clients.
- Plan and execute "at counter" events to drive customer loyalty and acquisition.
- Utilize the SFA clienteling system to build individual sales volume and maintain customer relationships.
- Continually upgrade product knowledge to drive sales and client satisfaction.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a client-driven sales environment.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop direct reports.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct product consultations and applications.
- Tech-savvy with strong communication skills.
