Assistant Manager Product

Summary

Assistant Manager Product responsible for driving business within Small Leather Goods Costume Jewelry and Other Accessories categories while serving as a brand ambassador and coaching the sales team. This role requires in-store leadership to deliver elevated client experiences manage assortment planning and collaborate with the Home Office buying team. The position supports boutique operations and develops the client base through community engagement and events.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire team members through time spent on the selling floor
• Create a positive work environment and culture of feedback and teamwork
• Provide training and development on product details service delivery and brand savoir faire
• Drive assigned product category including analysis reporting and assortment planning
• Partner with Home Office buying team on category strategies
• Lead product category initiatives and improve performance based on KPIs
• Represent the brand in the market through community involvement and partnerships
• Support social and seasonal events to develop the client base

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Passion for client experience and brand heritage
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Experience managing or coaching retail teams in-store
