Summary
Lead and manage all store operations and staff to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences at the store located in The Galleria. Oversee merchandising, inventory, administration, and events while building and mentoring a high performing team and ensuring achievement of financial and service targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and implement action plans to improve results across product categories.
- Develop sales strategy and collaborate with corporate partners and merchandising to optimize stock and assortment.
- Plan and deliver local events and incentives to attract and retain clients and VIP customers.
- Maintain high customer service standards, cultivate private appointments, and manage CRM and customer database.
- Manage store operations including scheduling, reporting, inventory cycle counts, and shrink control.
- Own full profit and loss responsibility and control controllable expenses to meet sales plan.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor staff, implement performance management and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years related experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- RTW experience preferred and foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
