Lead and own store performance as the Company Brand Ambassador, ensuring exceptional client experiences while managing sales, operations, and the store team. Drive business plans, omnichannel development, and staff coaching to achieve targets and foster internal growth. Represent the brand locally and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance and meet store operating budgets
- Develop business plans and sales strategies with merchandising and operations teams
- Be present on the sales floor to ensure excellent client service and a client centric approach
- Promote omnichannel development and a strong private appointment culture
- Recruit, coach, and develop the store team and ensure succession planning
- Ensure visual displays follow company guidelines to maximize sales
- Manage cash activity, inventory, logistics, and required reporting
- Collaborate on local events and clienteling initiatives with stakeholders and influencers
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills
- Business driven with ability to motivate and persuade
- Organized, detail oriented, and confident communicator
- Market and product knowledge with interest in luxury fashion
- Business or retail management degree or equivalent is a plus
- English required; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to represent the brand locally and build client loyalty
