Summary

Lead the store team to drive brand engagement loyalty and achieve business goals while ensuring compliance with headquarters directives and fostering a positive store culture. Recruit develop and retain talent and promote professional growth through coaching and training. Oversee inventory processes and maintain the qualitative standards of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach
• Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals
• Analyze results and verify daily weekly and monthly activities and KPIs
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively working on the selling floor
• Drive customer experience and loyalty initiatives
• Manage inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations
• Ensure compliance with legal safety internal sustainability HR and stock requirements
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
• 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Experience managing a team of at least 10
• Adaptability openness risk taking dynamic listening abilities and curiosity
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
