Responsible for overall sales performance, store operations, visual presentation, and team leadership to achieve sales and margin goals for a luxury retail location. The role requires driving customer service excellence, managing inventory accuracy, enforcing operational policies, and developing staff through coaching and training.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and performance of the store and individual sales associates.
- Partner with senior management to maximize sales and margin goals and recommend business strategies.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives.
- Analyze sell-through and communicate product availability and market trends to division heads.
- Enforce security measures and maintain inventory accuracy to minimize shrinkage.
- Develop lead and motivate a high-performance team through training and coaching.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional store environment.
- Manage operational costs and balance budgetary expenses efficiently.
- Hire retain and build competency plans and development goals for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or Business preferred.
- Minimum of five years experience in retail management; luxury experience preferred.
- Experience in specialty retail including business development visual merchandising and store operations.
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems and Microsoft Word Excel and email.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong leadership qualities with ability to coach and develop a high performing team.
- Ability to enforce operational policies and maintain compliance.
