The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for an assigned luxury beauty brand. This role combines sales, product education, and customer relationship building in a high paced retail beauty environment at the Houston Galleria.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Open new customer accounts and build customer loyalty
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
