Store Manager - Short Hills

• Maintain effective store organization and communicate organizational changes.

• Manage inventory, ordering, and provide business reports to management.
• Ensure store appearance and adherence to grooming and styling standards.
• Create staff schedules and manage administrative tasks such as payroll and contracts.
• Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and fortify client relationships.
• Maintain merchandising standards and supervise store personnel.

• 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in computer software and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and social perceptiveness.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
