Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at Fendi Soho, you will be the owner of the business, acting as a Fendi Ambassador and being accountable for overall store performance. You will oversee and lead the management of the store, employees, and merchandise, achieving store targets while building a positive experience for both internal and external clients. You are responsible for leading and inspiring the team, building succession plans, and creating internal growth paths for all team members.

Responsibilities
  • Drive and increase sales performance for the overall business.
  • Analyze the business and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales for each product category.
  • Develop a sales strategy and work cross-functionally with corporate partners.
  • Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
  • Ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels are met and empower sales staff to meet sales targets through authentic client experiences.
  • Lead customer service quality to meet customer expectations and develop dedicated Fendi customers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
  • Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
  • Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner and control costs to ensure efficient store operation.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are on display.
  • Build a positive environment to develop and empower staff through goal setting and performance monitoring.
  • Attract and recruit the best talent available in the market.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use POS system and manage inventory functions.
  • RTW experience preferred.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
