Responsibilities- Drive and increase sales performance for the overall business.
- Analyze the business and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales for each product category.
- Develop a sales strategy and work cross-functionally with corporate partners.
- Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
- Ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels are met and empower sales staff to meet sales targets through authentic client experiences.
- Lead customer service quality to meet customer expectations and develop dedicated Fendi customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
- Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner and control costs to ensure efficient store operation.
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are on display.
- Build a positive environment to develop and empower staff through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Attract and recruit the best talent available in the market.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use POS system and manage inventory functions.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Must have a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
