Store Manager - Soho

Summary

The Store Manager is accountable for store sales, profitability, client development, team leadership, visual presentation, and operational standards. This role builds a high-performing team and delivers a distinctive client experience while representing the brand and partnering with headquarters and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute store business plans, monitor sales and KPIs, review financial performance, and control expenses.
• Recruit, develop, train, and manage the performance of store employees.
• Lead clienteling and CRM efforts to grow the customer database and foster lasting client relationships.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, workforce planning, and payroll.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards to support sales.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retail management or a related role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication, project management, and financial management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts as needed.
• A client book and experience in luxury retail or a service-oriented organization are preferred.
