Store Manager - Topanga

As a Store Manager at our new Topanga Boutique, you will lead the store operations, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and maintaining the brand's image. You will oversee all aspects of store management, including staff development, inventory control, and client service excellence.

• Achieve store sales goals and control expenses.
• Ensure exemplary client service through staff monitoring and coaching.
• Manage stock fill-in and merchandise presentation.
• Oversee store maintenance, housekeeping, and organization.
• Make confident and knowledgeable decisions for smooth operations.
• Conduct effective staff management, recruitment, and training.
• Create a high-morale team environment with group activities and contests.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage and synchronize management schedules.
• Conduct weekly store meetings and daily sales reviews.
• Recommend sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and corporate office.

• 5+ years of high-volume retail management experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
