Store Manager - Yorkdale

• Maintain a strong front-of-house presence and ensure excellent customer service.
• Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets while maintaining operational integrity.
• Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Foster a motivating and inclusive team environment, promoting diversity and teamwork.
• Manage personnel expenses and adhere to discounting policies.
• Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to ensure relevant products are available.
• Organize store meetings and communicate sales objectives to the team.
• Implement clienteling strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Manage inventory activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company strategy and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in store management or a leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving results and team development.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
