Summary
The Store Operations Manager acts as a brand ambassador responsible for driving store performance by overseeing front of house and back of house operations. This role recruits, leads and develops store teams while partnering with store leadership to meet sales and operational goals and deliver an elevated client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach store team to maximize sales performance and client experience
- Recruit, interview and hire staff to drive sales and support operational KPIs
- Oversee inventory, stock management, shipping and receiving to ensure product availability
- Manage schedules, cash handling and daily operations to protect company assets
- Analyze sales and productivity reports and collaborate with store leadership to drive growth
- Ensure compliance with company initiatives and operational guidelines
- Develop team members through coaching, one to ones and individual development plans
- Maintain a clean and efficient back of house and uphold loss prevention practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years retail management experience
- Experience managing and developing teams in luxury retail
- Proven sales generation and clienteling skills
- Proficiency with MS Word Excel Outlook and retail systems such as POS CRM and inventory management
- Authorization to work in the country of employment
- Ability to work varied hours including overtime and to perform physical tasks up to 40 pounds
