Summary
Provide exemplary customer service and efficient support across store operations including shipping receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily functioning of the store.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly
- Support and execute shrink reduction plans and report violations
- Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors
- Support inventory preparation and execution activities
- Assess and recommend improvements to store processes and procedures
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
- Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory and carrier documents
- Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs and perform receiving and stocking tasks
