Job Description

Summary

As the Strategy Business Analyst, Digital, you will report to the VP Digital Americas and Data Lead Americas, providing strategic insights to guide digital initiatives and drive growth across the Americas region. You will analyze market, competitor, and customer trends, industry benchmarks, and digital performance data to support data-driven insights for both central and Maison teams. Additionally, you will lead the development of impactful presentations for executive meetings, collaborating with various stakeholders across Finance, IT, Media, and other LVMH groups to offer a clear, data-driven perspective on key digital trends and strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead production of monthly reporting suite on digital trends and benchmarks, including data collection, synthesis, insight generation, and content development.
  • Field questions from LVMH Maisons related to monthly reports and perform ad hoc analyses on request.
  • Create supplemental bespoke reports for key stakeholders.
  • Regularly solicit feedback from Maisons on improvement opportunities for monthly insights and continuously evolve the report based on their input.
  • Develop content to help Maison/LVMH leadership understand market trends and provide locally relevant insights for decision making.
  • Support Maisons with annual strategic plans by providing relevant digital market forecasts, benchmarks, and analyses.
  • Conduct ad hoc market research on various topics including social commerce, consumer trends, and digital innovation trends.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop content for key leadership meetings.
  • Support the NA Digital VP by providing data, analysis, and content development for various team projects.
  • Participate in global, centralized reporting steercos.
  • Identify and assess new sources of market/competitor data for reporting and analysis activities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in market research, analyzing and generating insights from large data sets.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI.
  • Experience in digital/eCommerce and retail preferred.
  • Experience in visual storytelling and developing executive-level presentations.
  • Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to present to senior management.
