Studio Services Manager - Beverly Hills

As a Studio Services Manager at our Beverly Hills Boutique, you will lead the Studio Services business, providing a one-stop shopping option for full wardrobing needs to the entertainment industry and independent stylists. You will facilitate a broad range of requests, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Facilitate cost-effective operations and maintain client relationships.
• Lead processes for Studio, Memo (Consignment), and Stylists.
• Service all relationships under the Studio Services umbrella.
• Manage follow-up and billing to various clients.
• Oversee shipping logistics for orders.
• Maintain inventory control processes in partnership with Asset Protection.
• Oversee a team of Associates responsible for selling and operational duties.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury retail and client servicing.
• Technical abilities with various programs and applications.
• Strong understanding of the company brand.
• Leadership experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional and respectful interaction skills.
