Style Advisor - Brookfield Place

As a Style Advisor at ZEGNA's Brookfield Place boutique, you will transform customer visits into memorable luxury shopping experiences. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will engage customers with the ZEGNA heritage and collections, building lasting relationships through exceptional service and the selling ceremony.

• Provide luxury in-store customer service following the ZEGNA Selling Flow and Mindset.
• Develop the business with an entrepreneurial mindset and network to attract new customers.
• Consult with customers to discover their needs and offer personalized mix and match options.
• Promote ZEGNA Made-to-Measure service and utilize technology for an integrated luxury experience.
• Leverage ZEGNA Stories to enhance the selling ceremony and maintain accurate customer data.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and adhere to ZEGNA customer service policies.
• Drive and perform onsite audits of store inventories and communicate customer and store information within the team.
• Support new staff orientation as a learning coach if assigned.

• Passionate, curious, and open-minded with a strong ability to self-learn.
• Excel at creating meaningful customer experiences and proficient with digital technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Apple products is a strong plus.
