Style Advisor

As a Style Advisor at Harry Rosen, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and building a loyal clientele in our Laval store. Your passion for menswear and luxury fashion will drive personal sales and enhance the customer experience.

• Build and develop a clientele by providing superior service and fostering repeat business.
• Engage in personal sales and holistic selling in-store, establishing strong customer relationships.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of the Club Harry Loyalty program.
• Participate in merchandising activities and maintain store standards.
• Utilize resources to drive new business and follow up with existing clients on their needs.
• Prepare for client appointments by strategizing merchandise presentations and creating add-on sales opportunities.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience in menswear retail, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, and tailored clothing.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store.
• Desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate new skills into daily activities.
• Interest in technology and its application in retail customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
