Summary
Provide personalized luxury retail service to clients, drive sales performance, and represent the brand with passion and style. Use omni-channel approaches to recommend merchandise and deepen client relationships while supporting store operations and visual presentation. Maintain product knowledge and deliver memorable guest experiences aligned with the brand's selling ceremony.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and deepen relationships with guests through personalized communication and discovery
- Recommend merchandise across channels using an omni-channel approach
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences using brand selling techniques
- Capture customer data and follow up via notes, phone calls, and emails
- Support store operations including inventory control and after care
- Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain store hospitality and amenities
- Act on client feedback and NPS to improve service
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Boutique Director
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience
- Proven history of driving sales and achieving results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and service orientation
- Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver personalized experiences
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and product categories
- Comfortable using omni-channel tools to recommend merchandise
- College level education preferred
