Style Advisor - McArthurGlen

Summary

As a Style Advisor you will drive personal sales and build lasting client relationships within our luxury menswear store at McArthurGlen Vancouver. This full-time, in-store role focuses on holistic selling, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting merchandising and appointment-based sales activities. You will report to the Store Leader and contribute to store initiatives to grow clientele and sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal sales and holistic selling in-store to build repeat clientele.
• Prepare for appointments by selecting merchandise and creating add-on sales opportunities.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of the Club Harry loyalty program.
• Participate in merchandising activities, store maintenance, and visual presentation.
• Follow up with clients on alterations, fittings, dedicated appointments, and new business measures.
• Use available technology and resources to support customer service and sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury menswear, clothing or footwear environment.
• Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer service experiences and driving repeat business.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and participate in training initiatives.
• Demonstrated interest in using retail technology to support the customer service function.
