Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop product and selling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and styling of merchandise
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales goals
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through personalized service
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
• Support store leadership by performing assigned duties
• Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
