Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales support on the retail floor, engaging customers with confident and direct communication. Participate in a structured training program to develop expertise in fit, construction, and product knowledge while building long-term client relationships. Deliver a high level of customer service through an entrepreneurial, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product and styling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client loyalty through personalized relationship-building programs
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store standards according to guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
