Style Advisor

Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales service to customers, building relationships and representing the brand through confident, direct communication. Participate in training to develop product knowledge in ready to wear and custom-made offerings and support store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• Deliver professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through the brand loyalty program
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
• Participate in multi-layered training to develop expertise
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel to other stores and abroad when required
