The Style Advisor at the Williamsburg store delivers personalized menswear styling and builds client relationships through expert product knowledge and direct, candid communication. You will engage customers on fit, construction, and style to drive sales and client loyalty while completing a multi-layered training program. The role requires an energetic, entrepreneurial approach and flexibility to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop product and styling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty using the Radically Personal program
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed per visual guidelines and store standards are maintained
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
