Summary
Lead the sales floor to ensure a consistent memorable customer shopping experience using high standards of service while building client relationships. Partner with store leadership to develop as a leader, influence the sales team, and drive sales in a high volume luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and feedback through one on ones and ongoing development.
- Exhibit professional presentation and uphold customer service standards.
- Support new business initiatives and promote positive team reception.
- Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards including stock maintenance and floor changeovers.
- Use product knowledge and selling tools to meet and exceed sales and SPH goals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and handle returns and exchanges when manager absent.
- Manage task tracking and communicate updates with management and associates.
- Mentor and coach sales team to expand clientele and maximize sales.
- Participate in daily operational and merchandising activities to uphold brand aesthetic.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience in high volume luxury business.
- Strong business acumen and passion for the product.
- Ability to develop staff using negotiation teamwork motivation and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to uphold brand lifestyle philosophy and service excellence.
- Experience with clienteling and building clientele through social engagement.
