Supply Chain Fulfillment Planning Manager

Summary

Leads fulfillment planning for digital demand across fulfillment centers, store operations, and final-mile transportation. Owns weekly planning processes, develops future-state capabilities, and manages one planner.

Responsibilities

• Build daily and weekly fulfillment plans, models, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Use AI and agentic tools to build and maintain repeatable planning workflows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and executive leaders to align plans and resolve risks.
• Manage and develop a store-focused planner and establish quarterly priorities.
• Partner with Data Science and Product Management to improve planning capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of planning or analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for analytical and planning work, with sound judgment to validate results.
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and prioritization skills.
• Retail supply chain or supply chain planning experience preferred; experience managing teams directly or indirectly.
