Summary
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for Pomellato Americas covering US and LATAM and supporting Canada and the Caribbean. Responsible for logistics management, customer service oversight, after-sales and process optimization while aligning with HQ in Milan. Manage a small team and drive improvements in efficiency, productivity and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 3PL performance, warehouse operations, inbound and outbound flows and transportation.
- Supervise international shipments and liaise with customs representatives.
- Manage couriers and freight partners to ensure accurate deliveries returns and cost optimization.
- Lead annual stock take and ensure logistics and customs compliance.
- Supervise end-to-end order management across retail wholesale and network fulfillment.
- Support wholesale channel coordination with local sales teams and HQ.
- Manage after-sales processes including repairs rework replacements and vendor labs.
- Drive ERP WMS deployment system adoption and process improvements.
- Train supervise and motivate customer service specialists and act as backup when needed.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or proven experience in operations supply chain roles.
- Knowledge of ERPs and WMS and retail front end and back end systems.
- Previous successful team management experience.
- Advanced data analysis and problem solving skills with strong Excel proficiency.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment and deliver operational agility.
- Familiarity with international shipping import processes and customs compliance.
- Foreign language skills such as Spanish or Italian are a plus.
- Authorization to work in the US.
