Responsibilities- Manage supply chain logistics operations across two shifts with a team of 48+ associates, including 4 direct reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to enhance work progress and improve client lead time and productivity.
- Support store support and direct-to-client teams to provide client solutions and expedite escalations.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics flow, including transportation and customs clearance for spare parts and repairs.
- Manage spare parts warehouse, including buffer stock and inventory management.
- Partner with central teams and vendors to improve processes, costs, and lead times.
- Manage subcontracting flow for repairs and client repairs inventory.
- Define department goals and drive the team to achieve them.
- Coach, train, and assess department performance.
- Collaborate with care services logistics managers across US sites to standardize processes.
Requirements- BS/BA degree and/or minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or purchasing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Fluency in Spanish and French is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; Power BI and JDE or ERP knowledge is a plus.
